Bilateral  grade 4 varicocele
27 bachelor Male, Scrotum ultrasound says bilateral severe grade 4 inguinoscrotal varicocele. Largest vessels show diameter of 4mm during valsalva manoeuver. Sperm count is 15 millions/ml while reference is greater than 40.  Pain occurred in left side of scrotum only for 3 days, never after that. No major symptoms. Urologist suggested surgery. I want to avoid surgery. Upto how much late I can avoid surgery? Is there any hope if treated with ayurvedic or homeopathic medicines ?

Surgery is only one option in your case.. you may wait for few months. But not more because it will cause infertility.
