Hi sir, 3 weeks before I done by bilateral inguinal hernia laparoscopy surgery.day before yesterday i forgot about my surgery.then i lifted by15kg,from yesterday both side continues light pain and small groin swelling found my body.if happen any problem or again came hernia symptom ?
