Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy
Since 25 days i am suffering from forehead (side) pain,feeling of coldness in head particular right side of my head.its really uncomfortable.my ctscan report is normal but x ray shows bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy,sinuses appear clear..tgen what is the reason ofthis kind of feeling?what should i do now?

Ct scan is a more detailed investigation than xray.. Believe your scan more.. Headache could be due to many reasons. Sinusitis is only one of them.. A more detailed history can reveal the cause. Please consult online for further evaluation and treatment

Even clear sinuses with nasal obstruction can give rise to headaches which we call "vacuum headaches". If the headache is only on right side and is associated with nausea and Aura,Migraine should be ruled out.
Next Steps
get an Nasal endoscopy done. proper history to rule out migraine
