Bigger lips and flat nose
Lips appear bigger and nose is too flat.Due to this face looks very bad .Please help me witg this problem

Consult an aesthetic surgeon (plastic surgeon/ENT specialist)..for assessment of facial structures..let them decide the procedure (lip reduction or nasal augmentation)
