Big toe numbness (partially)

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My big toe on right foot is partially numb (left side) from a long time, I have got my blood and vitamin B12 test done recently, both the tests are came as normal. If I consult a neurologist, what are the test he is going to recommend. Please advice.
