  4. Big scrotum. Bad when i wear a pant.

Big scrotum
My right side scrotum is big (almost size of an apple). It gets heavy and uneasy at times. Sometimes soft and sometimes hard. No pain so far. Right testes can be felt only at times and sometimes not even felt. I have this problem since 5 years. Please suggest if this can be resolved. Looks very bad when I wear a pant.
