I fell down over a cement step and got this wound. Requesting to know if u need a TT shot. This happened 36 hours ago

Is there rust Nails on cement step on which u fell then need further examination and treatment.

Locally betadine solution.
Clean time to time with betadine solution.
Tab cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five.
