Big pimples and mark on face ..
I have big pimples on face and dark spots ..my face looks uneven ..how can I get clean skin ..currently I started using dermadew soap ..will it help? Or can you suggest what to use for cleaning face

Acneform eruptions can vary in the grade and the medication depends on the extent and also the type of skin. U can get a Clear skin but it will depend on the triggering factors. Hormonal variation is also a important factor. The soap u r using is fine but u can use much better and effective medications. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
