Big bump behind belly button.

Asked for Male, 58 Years

I have a bulge on my stomach right behind my belly button. Sometimes I press and it feels like fluid moving somewhere. My belly button is now an outy. I use to have an inny. Like to know what it could be. I had a surgery on my stomach about three years ago they had to go in twice to repair a hole in my stomach.
