Big Acne and Bumps
Why my acne are big,first it is swelling and going to bump, but in few day it is still swelling and not going to a normal acne . Like in my nose now it is start swelling on past Monday and this Friday it is still not so swelling but still on bump,when I touch it hurts,Is that is acne?
When my other acne that is healed,if I touch it,it have a ball like feeling,and it is totally gone after....I think 2-3 month?
What do you think it is normal or it have a serious medication?PLEASE HELP ME. !

Hi..... Wash problem areas with a gentle cleanser. Twice a day, use your hands to wash your face with a mild soap and warm water....
Avoid certain products, such as facial scrubs, astringents and masks, because they tend to irritate skin, which can worsen acne. Excessive washing and scrubbing also can irritate skin.....
Avoid irritants. You may want to avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens....Don't pick or squeeze blemishes. Doing so can cause infection or scarring.
Consult Dermatologist...
