Bicornuate uterus with one abortion
I missed my periods on 28th Dec 2020 and I was conceived. Doctor said it's positive only but will confirm 100% only when we do scanning . And when she did scanning there was no heart beat . And she told me to come on next consultation date for scanning again but there was no heart beat again so I went through several scannings and even at 8th week also baby was not having heart beat and its growth was only 6 week 5days so doctor suggested to through abortin with tablets and she said one more thing that time was I have diagnosed with bicornuate uterus and have to go through surgery after my 2 period cycles. Till now I have completed one period cycle and my last period was 6th April 2021 in May when I get my periods then the laproscopic surgery will be done Dr said. And she said one more thing that most of the cases the bicornuate Wil be diagnosed as septate while doing surgery . And I have a fibroid of 2cm also.

Surgery done for a bicornuate uterus or a separate uterus is fairly simple and there is a minimal to no risk involved. Studies have also shown that there has been good out come post such surgeries and and decreased risk of fetal demise and a higher number of successful normal deliveries. God bless
