Bhcg level is 870 mIU/ml On 5 weeks
My Lmp is 14-08-17, my Upt test shows Positive , i had don bhcg test on 17 aug it shows 78.02 , & later on 23 aug it shows 870 mIU/ml but my ultrasound report shows both ovaries are normal , minimal fluid seen in pod but no Geastational sac in uterus & i have spotting since morning ,what is th diagnosis ,& treatment ...pls guide

It's either a early sign of miscarriage due to instability in pregnancy,for which u would need pregnancy support medicines,if ur next Ultrasound shows a foetal sac ,the previous USG done was too early to show gestational sac
