Beetroot contains good amount of Vit C, B6 and Iron and is helpful in thinning of blood and reducing blood pressure. Finger millet i.e. ragi is very rich in calcium , protein and fibre and helps in digestion , constipation and weight loss. Ghee contains good fat that builds up HDL i.e the good cholesterol and contains Vit D helps in lubricating joints and soothes gut.
