Pregnancy is there, but it is not a viable pregnancy as there is decrease in level of serum beta hcg. Suggesting a failing/non viable pregnancy. For a healthy pregnancy beta hcg level should double in 48 hrs. Get a Sonography done to confirm.

Beta hcg levels should double every 48 hours upto 11 weeks of pregnancy. Your levels are falling. Consult an obstetrician , and get an USG done for estimating fetal age
