LastPeriod  date is february 25(28 days ),my beta hcg test report is 0.4 I am pregnant or not .what is my problems

Your Bhcg level is less than 2 means you are not pregnant .Get done ultrasound for pcod .TSH level and serum prolactin also get done .If all tests are normal use tablet for withdrawal.
