If the aortic root and proximal ascending aorta is dilated to more than 45 mm in diameter, you may need cardiac surgery (Aortic Root replacement/Bentall procedure by a cardiac surgeon). Do not stop Concor suddenly by yourself. See a cardiologist/cardiac surgeon and please follow their advice.
