Please start folic acid tablets 3 months prior to pregnancy.between day 12-day -day 16 is around the time of ovulation and chances of pregnancy are maximum.

Start taking preconception folic acid tablet atleast 3 month prior to conception..try for pregnancy between 10th to 20th of your periods alternatively.
