It depends on after how many days your periods come if you have regular 28-30days cycle best day for relationship is between day 10-20 from your first day of period. But recent guidelines says to have alternate day /gap of 2 day relations after finishing of your bleeding that is 10_12relations a month are called healthy sexual life for planning a pregnancy.
