Best Multivitamin Tablets ?
Could someone please suggest a good Multivitamin tablet for regular use with no aide effect? I tried "Carbemide forte" but it seems that they are causing stomach issues and blood in stool. Thank you

We require vitamins and minerals for normal functioning of our body. Most of the vitamins and minerals are freely available in the foods we eat. If we eat all natural vegetables, fruits and nuts and resins we might get all the necessary vitamins and minerals. Even though we improve our dietary intake still we may require supplements, which can individualised and taken as per the requirement.
Next Steps
Better to avoid taking multivitamins supplements blindly, consult a nutritionist St first optimise your diet, that itself will cover most of your nutritional need.
Health Tips
Even if you ever require supplements better to go for natural supplements rather than synthetic ones.
