If you are a vegetarian and on metformin you may need vitamin b 12 supplements. You can choose any brand which gives you u more than 750mcg and if in combination with chromium its better for diabetics.
Vitamin d- make sure you are in the morning sun for half an hour every day

You dont need any vitamin supplements if the same can be achieved through diet. But if you want to use some, you can chose the brand of your choice.
