Best form of physical contraception
Hi, I have recently become sexually active (past 1 year). My partner and I use protection - condoms. But I'm always paranoid inspite of that. We haven't really had an accident. I do not want to be on hormonal birth control. What is the efficacy of condoms and can the pull out method be used with condoms for additional protection. What about other forms of physical contraception?
