Based on your height and weight, you need to lose some weight.
Diet cannot cure the cyst, but it can alleviate its effects. Hence, avoid exposure to estrogens and xenoestrogens. Stop eating Soya foods. Eat only organic meats and dairy. Do not microwave foods in plastic.
