Benfomet plus is a safe medication. The doses of vitamin bcomplex (b1, b6 and b12) in the drug are safe to be taken. However pregabalin is a much better drug to reduce paresthesias and pain due to diabetic neuropathy.
Next Steps
kindly continue Benfomet plus. If you attain good relief continue the same. If you do not receive good relief, do restart Pregabalin either as 50mg or 75mg at bed time and uptitrated once in 2 to 4 weeks.
Health Tips
Maintain Hba1c within 6 to 7. kindly check RF, ANA, serum electrophoresis and vitamin b12 levels if feasible
