Belly fat bcoz of sitting
I hv only work of sitting no walking at all. The food i consume is very less but still i got belly tires..

Hello. As You said you have belly fat because of sitting then start walking. Go for morning walk atleast 45 min daily. Walk in between your working hours. Consuming less food will make you weak. Instead eat healthy nutritious diet. Consume daal, green vegetables, milk, curd, fruits daily. Avoid junk food.
