Belly fat after c section
I got c section 4 months before. I have more upper stomach than lower. Upper stomach is hard and is not at all reducing. Lower one is soft and reducing. As upper is more it's looking odd. Is that fat as it is hard? Can I reduce that.

As you feed the baby fat disposition will be normal. For more fat avoid constipation. Can take tab zenflox oz one daily forv6days with milk. Start walking after 45days.
