Bell's Palsy
One side of facial expressions has stopped working since last 2 days. It had happened 2 years back as well. That time left side facial expressions stopped working. Now, it's on Right side face.

This is an urgent neurological disorder which needs immediate care. I advise you to visit a neurologist    The relapse which has occurred needs to be probed. You should undergo full body scan and rule out any underlying reason for the relapse (can be high blood pressure /exposure to direct cold air)
