* Have small and frequent meals at a gap of 3 hrs.
* Properly chew each and every bite of food.
* Sit in Vajrasana ( 5 mins after meals) for few seconds to minutes as per your comfort after having meals. This will help to improve digestion.
* Have 3 lit of water per day.
* Start brisk walk for 15 mins per day.
