Healthy afternoon ma’am, Belching: Getting rid excess air 1. Eat and drink slowly 2. Avoid carbonated beverages 3. Check your denture 4. Treat heartburn 5. Skip gum and hard candy Take an antacid to neutralise stomach acid and prevent heartburn, which can causing burping. Take anti- gas medication like Gas- X. It works by binding gas bubbles together so you have more productive burps.
