Belching and Chest Pain
I burp a lot especially in the evening to the night, sometimes vomit as well and feel chest pain and constipation. What should I do to improve it without seeing a doctor as I am in lockdown.

1)Excessive Belching can be caused due to a variety of reasons. In your age group the common cause is having food too rapidly with which you would have swallowed lots of air unknowingly. 2) chest pain is indicative of Heart attack but your age group it is more likely due to esophageal irritation by food, however to be on the safer side it is advisable to get an ECG and see a doctor for the same ( the doctor would ask you regarding the type and character of pain based on which he will assess whether your chest pain is due to heart problem or due to esophagitis).
Next Steps
consumed food slowly, over stress, meditate daily to control stress, consume less spicy foods till your symptoms subside capsule.ESOZ-D is you develop pain in the upper Abdomen... get an ECG
