Behaviour and Attitude problem
My sister has multiple psychological problem. 1. We recently got to know she has been lying to everyone in family from last 2 year for everything - business , boyfriend etc and caused our parents a big loss. We are still asking her for reason but she would make different story everytime and we dont know what is the real truth for her lying. 2. She is over weight , has pcod but on constant reminders also she is not visiting dr or dietician or exercise. I am not sure if its clinical issue or psychological. She gets very moody - some times she would behave very normal and then she would suddenly become angry and become very rude. Everyone has tried talking to her but she has new story or would avoid the topic.

I truly appreciate your concern for your sibling. Since it is evident that she is undergoing physical and mental health issues, your offer to help her deal with and overcome these challenges would be highly recommended. You could reach out to her and express your willingness to help by initially convincing her about your unconditional acceptance of her, your affection and concern for her as a sibling and the willingness to support her and offer any kind of help or guidance. When she realizes that you have a non-judgmental acceptance of her, she might be willing to trust you enough to accept your offer to help. Please be patient and have faith in yourself. Be consistent in your efforts and with your goodwill and honorable intentions you will surely be able to help your sister tide over these challenging times.
