Behavior, learning pattern
My second question on the same topic. My son continues to be very choosy about who he is friends with and with whom he is comfortable. A general aversion towards girls of his age or my wife's/my female friends/colleagues but ok with our male friends. Not keen to share. And now, although he is good at picking up new auditory and visual skills (learning/games), he is not able to pick up his writing lessons well. Despite repeated practice, he makes the same mistakes or just freezes when asked to write those. Is it now time to see a counselor?

It's a normal behaviour in most of the children nowadays. But sometimes it may be seen in some conditions like autistic disorder. To confirm autistic disorder, you need to consult a child psychiatrist or pediatrician . To say autistic disorder,, the following symptoms should be present. 1. Lack of social interaction 2.failure to develop peer relationships 3. Lack of sharing enjoyment and emotions 4. Lack of language / communication skills 5. Repetitive use of same language/ words 6.not interested in spontaneous/ group playing
Next Steps
this is for your information, plz don't come to any diagnosis without pediatrics/psychiatrist consultation.
