Beet root is better eaten as whole than extracting juice, will keep the fibre intact.

Hello thanks for your approach. It's good to take 2 days once, it is nutritious helps to work on reducing the B.P, improves hemoglobin, keeps active and other things. I don't think it will effect for palpitations or gastric. You can have during the snack time by 11:30.. some will suggest to have in the morning. But it depends on the body. However any food should be consumed limited, please understand everything has its own limit. Take care.
