Bee sting with very late reaction.
Got stung 2 x by a bee. No problems until 3.5 hrs later. Started vomiting every couple mins and diarrhea with temp of 99. Reaction to sting or something else?

Is there an swelling anywhere. Are you having difficulty in breathing. These are some of the important signs of anaphylactic reaction which needs to be treated as emergency.  Your vomiting and diarrhoea could be due to other reasons as well .  You can take symptomatic treatment for the same such as ORS to prevent dehydration and meanwhile get a detailed checkup done to rule out other signs and symptoms of reaction to bee sting.
