We usually avoid giving her liquids before sleep and I make her go to toilet just before sleeping still the problem persists.it is not daily but somedays. I am worried since now she is 7.moreover she sleeps with us and at times I understand she might feel cold but she just doesn't get up and wake us if she feels like passing urine.
I thought as she grows up this problem will go but it's not happening.please guide me what should I do and even I need to
approach a doctor ...whom should I ?? A pediatric urologist or...

It's a problem many children have. Wake her up with a alarm around midnight and make her to pass urine and look whether it helps. You can try Tab. Minirin 0.2mg one hour before going to bed, it would help. Try out this medication, and if it's useful then may have to continue for few months. if the problem still persists may have to consult a Urologist nearby to manage overactive bladder
