I am 23 years old.my beard's hair start getting white For 7 month..how to cure this problem... Please suggest me.

if there is similar family history of early greying of beard i your family then its not going to respond very well with medications. but if there is no family history then taking diet rich in fruits and vegetables of all colours will help. calcium pantothenate 200 mg once daily for next 5-6 month will slow down greying with serums for pre mature greying will help them to revert to normal colour upto certain extent.
