Bcg site abscess
My 8 weeks child was diagnosed with bcg site abscess 10 days back which ruptured spontaneously 7 days back with lots of pus coming out. Now from last 5 days it is oozing little blood daily. I'm applying t bact ointment but still blood oozes almost daily. Do I need to start oral antibiotic?
