Bat Exposure - Rabies Vaccine?
I was in an attic the other day and had a bat fly by me twice. I never felt the bat touch me or bite me but I was in a narrow area about 5 feet wide. I don't think I need the rabies vaccine but I have several people that told me I should get it. It seems like as long as I didn't feel contact with the bat, I should be fine. I'm in Macomb County, Michigan and there have been 0 rabid bats so far. There have been a few in surrounding counties.

Hello dear rabies infection won't happen if there is no bite or contact with the source so you need not to worry about it.
