Baseline Sinus Arrhythmia
24 hours holter monitor said Baseline Sinus Arrhythmia. Maximum heart rate 130 bpm at 11 am , minimum heart rate 38 bpm at 4am, average heart rate 96 bpm. No runs trachiarrhythmia. No AV block, no significant ST Changes. Echo Cardiography said EF 68 percent and normal. LFT,KFT,TSH WNL. Fasting glucose 106mg/dl. Kindly suggest.

In any case why was the holter done. Sinus arrhythmia is a normal finding. Bradycardia at night 38 bpm. Questions to ask Is low heart rate physiological as in athletes Is low heart rate causing symptoms Is there any reversible cause like beta blockers drugs.. Then we can answer the subsequent questions
