BASED ON USG REPORTS
My mom has a severe abnormality in lower abdominal part.On dr. consultation we have done a usg.On report the impression shows that 1.mild hepatomegaly with grade II fatty changes 2. Right sided mild hydronephosis 3.Bulky heterogeneous uterus with multiple SOLs. What does it mean dr?Is there anything serious?which type of specialist I should consult in this case?kindly give some reply..I m in high tension.

Hepatomegaly with fatty changes means cholesterol and fat in liver..it does not require any treatment.. Right mild hydronephrosis means mild swelling of right kidney  also not to worry. Uterus problem seems significant..
