Bandage applied tightly around elbow

Pls reply immediately.I got plastic surgery to the wound at the right hand bicep which was sliced due to Harvestmachine in my field.The doctor applied bandage to the stiches around elbow tightly and said do not free my hand vertically down, so i always keeping my hand in L shape in the bag.Here the problem comes now its swelling and tingling below the elbow which is paining severely.Shall i remove the bag and stretch my hand or should i keep my hand in the bag as it is, although it is swelling.

Yes, please remove ur bag and straighten your elbow immediately. Also you can release the bandage or cut it open, if symptoms are not relieved. The symptoms are due to the compression of blood vessels.
