If there is abscess, it needs to be drained. What you are saying is either a boil or folliculitis. But other possibility is paronychia due to either trauma or ingrowing toe nail.
Visit a surgeon.
Get evaluated for diabetic status.
May require drainage.
For time being start with:
Tb. Augmentin,
Tb. Clindamycin,
Tb. Voveron,
Tb. Rabicip.
And a sumag dressing.
Require image to diagnose...Gentleman if the abscess in right toe - is t close to your nail or away from t..if the abscess is growing bigger better to consult a surgeon and do an incision and drainage..
You will need a minor procedure to drain the pus.
It shall give you complete relief.
And then you can take a course of antibiotics/painkillers, and a few sessions of dressing.
Next Steps
get a serum blood sugar level to confirm you have no diabetes.
and TRIPLEH status before procedure.
These 2 are blood investigations. they should be done after wound is examined by a doctor to confirm plan of action.
