Ballooning while urine
I can only pull down of penis skin to one third if its not eracted, but when its eracted it can not be ,its very painfull, also sperm can not come out till time i pull it back to normal, also even in non erected position if i keep my skin down then after few houra swelling can be seen on skin
Also during urinating ballooning happens with top one thied part
Pls suggest im married...

It appears you have phimosis and develop paraphimosis intermittently.
