Ballooning penis when urinating
When i pee my penis is ballooning up and its kinda sore but after passing the urine it goes back toe its normal size. What can i do to let it stop?

Yaa, its due to narrowing of prepuce, dat is foreskin i think.
It needs to be examined and if need surgical excision of prepuce needed.
