It seems to be a simple subconjunctival haemorrhage but if pain watering and blurring of vision is there ,Then immediately consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Please consul an eye surgeon and rule out post traumatic swelling of retina as well as a rise in eye pressure. The doctor would also like to do a gonioscopy to rule out any angle recession.
