I have a bald spot in beard its round in shape and Size of a large coin and its increasing day by day. Did some reasearch and found that Alopecia Areata is the condition which is more relatable to mine. Its been over a 2 months and now it started at one more spot as well in beard. someone suggested folica hair tincutre and keraglo men but it isnt working. What should i do .?
