Well the amount of hair fall which you are mentioning is very minimal...I don't think you have to worry about it...well thinned out hairs may be genetic or due to changes in weather, water food intake as in protein insufficiency, calcium deficiency, anaemia etc... I need to examine you for that...its better you consult a dermatologist... Make sure to have protein rich diet..have good green leafy vegetables, dry fruits etc..drink plenty of water too
Sudden hair fall may happen due nutritional deficiencies, hormonal issue, stress, insomnia, digestion problems, due to medication, some health issues. So first take healthy diet, sleep early , practice regular exercises. Ayurveda medicines like Amla ,Brahmi, Bringaraj help in reducing hair fall. Panchakarma treatments like shirodhara, shiro abhyanga, shirolepa , pracchanna are also done to reduce hair fall
Do regular oil application on scalp, use mild ayurveda shampoo
Avoid taking bath with hot water, take 1 Amla daily
Please add vitamin d3 supplements and get more sunlight. Eat flax seed powder..take omega 3 fatty acid capsules..eat protein rich diet
