Balanitis/Post Coital Posthitis STI.

Hello Sir, I had an unplanned, sudden and unprotected sexual encounter with my colleague on October 2024. Aftet that encounter I realised I've red rashes on my penis/penile shaft. The red dots/sores grew entirely on my penis and I consulted an MD (Skin) doctor to which he prescribed me various medications. He told me its Balanitis or Post Coital Posthitis and not STI. I took those medications and avoided sexual or masturbation acts until January 2025. But those red spots/rashes/dots used to appear randomly during those medications also. Sometimes they were white spots which were painless. Since past 2 weeks, I started sexual encounter with my girlfriend with complete protection. But I realised those white spots/sores/dots appear after sex. They are painless but have little itchness and bad odour. I request you to please take concern into consideration and provide me permanent relief.
