Balancing problem.
Sir I underwent a tympano mastoidectomy surgery 4 years ago for CSOM. The post operative results were satisfactory. ..The cavity is excellent with self cleansing wax on recent review. Not on any medications though they prescribed me Vertin 8mg for the imbalance. ..iam not experiencing any spinout or dizziness.

Post operative healthy mastoid cavity without any complaints does not require any treatment. Vertin is usually given only for mild giddiness and there is no proved clinical benefit In any other condition. I think you need not use any medicines if you don't have any complaints
