I can understand your concern .this condition requires further evaluation and also the amount of history you have provided is also very little and we cannot say much regarding the cause of this.
kindly consult a ENT surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
have a high protein diet and also have a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Hi there I understand your concern... There are many reasons for vertigo... Considering your history it may be due to cerebellar dysfunction where brain is not able to sense body position in space...but other possible causes should be ruled out... Consult nearest neurologist they will do the needful.
