Sometimes I feel my head is swinging like fan especially during rest time...and while get up... Sometimes feeling problem in walking also... What may be the problem... Can my hemoglobin be low

It may nt b connected to hemoglobin...I think ur having vertigo.... how often do u feel so... do u have nausea? Do u have vomitings? u just need to use few tabs... need ans fr these bfre I cn prescribe.. plz do consult me n practo
