Since last 2 years I have been not okay with my spine.As much I surfed on net I believe its kyphosis.I try to keep myself straight all the time but fail and still pose with a rounded back which decreases my confidence level almost everywhere for showing up a bad posture.If there is a way that I no longer have to show up with my rounded back I would like to know.
